Birthdays-Birthdays-Birthdays!!
Well with 5 children & 13 grandchildren obviously there are a lot of birthdays to celebrate!!! Other than a card (when I remember to do so) we have started to limit birthday gifts to $50ish and for grands only..... retirement crimps the budget.....
But April-May-June are the most popular of months to have a birthday in this family!!! Here is just a quick birthday calendar & celebration overview for so far this year! 
We have a blended family Walt has 3 & -I- have 2, from our previous marriages, they are :
Billy (48/Oct), Bobby (45/Nov), -Amber- (40/Oct), -Wendy- (38/June) and Hollis (38/Apr)

Then here are the Grandchildren:
Onasea  (Billy's oldest) ~ Jan. 30, 2007 







5th Birthday
Who reminded us, when this picture was taken, that we had missed her birthday party... I had been out of town and "Poppy" just does not go much of any where unless he is accompanied. Which means I have no pictures of her birthday party.
Shame on me.  :(

6th Birthday

Hollis created a wonderful "StarWars" party.  I did a blog about it - "May the Force be with you" if you want to go back and check it out.  It turned out to be a rainy day but it did not dampen anyones fun!

7th Birthday

Jacob did not have a party until  a month after his actual birthday but Nana (that's me) went up to Peachtree City to celebrate with him a couple of days following his birthday.  We went to Gigi's Cupcakes, then to Gamestop and then to Target. The boy got a Wii game & some Beyeblades plus his cupcake.   I forgot to take my camera so needless to say we had to go back the following day and get another cupcake so I could have some birthday pictures.   He got "Wedding Cake" the first time and this one was "Hot Fudge Sundae".

9th Birthday

We went to Splash-in-the-boro,  a water park in Statesboro.  Brandon invited his his cousin Caleb and 2 friends to join him (along with the rest of the family i.e. Jonathan, Megan, Dalton, Nathan, his mom & me).  We had a splashing good time!

13th Birthday

Dalton is now a teen!  - Oh My! -- these teens are sneaking up on me!!!!  He didn't have a "party"  except with the family. He did get a FB account and funds to go see "The Avengers".

12th Birthday

Garrett was 12 on his birthday.  He didn't have a big party -- the older they get the less parties but the bigger the gifts :0  !  He is involved with the 4-H BB gun program, so he got BB gun of his own rather than having to use a loaner during his competitions.

4th Birthday

Party was at their new house in Marietta.  His BD party had lots of family, cousins-- Big cousin Jon & Beth their kids, Charlotte, Addison, Eleanor; more cousins, Garrett, Caleb & Jacob; Aunt Amber, Aunt Karla/Uncle Todd, Nana, and some friends too!

17th Birthday

Jonathan has photo phobia/aversion so I had to use this picture (with Nathan in front) as in most others pics his face is totally averted or he has it covered with his hands.  Jonathan's birthday is still a week away but since I am dividing the birthday saga into 6 month segments I am going ahead and squeezing him in   :).  Hope his day will be just as special as he is.

Well there are only 4 more to complete the birthday list for the grandchildren.  I will publish the balance in a future publication...
