Well today I packed up and drove up to Peachtree City. The visit was initiated by an accident I witnessed 2 yrs ago on I-16. ~ An 18wheeler hit a motorcycle~ They are finally going to court & I will be testifying as to what I remember seeing! That's a little scary -- my memory is not what it used to be, but, as I had never seen an 18 wheeler hit a motorcyle before(or since), it has stuck & sorta stands out in my memory. So. I do that on Wednesday--- and --- this is the best part ~ I get to visit with Amber & the boys all week. Jacob (the youngest) is the star student this week so on Friday I'll go read to his class and bring a goodies :). We haven't made any other special plans for some "boy time", but will come up with something FUN I can do together with the 3 of them!
Amber & I have lots of plans. We'll plunder the Goodwill & America's Thrift Store, there is a real cute cafe in Fayetteville we've talked about visiting so we'll try it out and we'll do her Thurs. morning Bible Study. Amber started a Beth Moore Bible study last week (Mercy Triumphs). I had wanted to do it also, so I bought the book & have been trying to do it at home -- without benefit of the DVD -- what a struggle-- I think that DVD is a vital part. Without that input I am a bit lost - Amber has helped me hang in there so far but.... I may have to go out & buy the DVDs to be able to finish this study at home....anyway... Thurs. I will go to the DVD/ leader guided study with Amber at her church.. I'm looking forward to seeing how I do with it in that enviroment -- I have never done an indepth study on the book of James & really want to study this book. Ya'll wish me luck!
My Aunt Ruby is in the hospital with a septic blood infection we sure would appreciate your prayers.
Well, I will post any wonderful finds we make tomorrow and share other plans we make -
Nite all....
